Parloa powers 1B+ customer interactions for enterprises like IKEA and Booking.com. You'll own regional pipeline generation across insurance, finance, and healthcare—building field programs that turn industry events into revenue.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Map regional sales priorities and design Q1-Q2 field marketing calendar with 3-4 anchor events/campaigns

Establish baseline campaign performance tracking in Salesforce/HubSpot with pipeline attribution framework

Launch first ABM campaign targeting 5-10 key accounts in primary verticals

Build relationships with 2-3 industry associations and potential partner channels

Execute 6+ integrated campaigns (field events, webinars, conferences) generating 200+ qualified pipeline opportunities

Achieve 25%+ pipeline contribution to regional revenue targets with documented ROI per campaign

  • You have hands-on experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare—and understand their buying cycles
  • You're fluent with AI-enabled marketing platforms (lead scoring, personalization, predictive analytics) and can articulate ROI
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments and can translate sales priorities into integrated marketing campaigns

  • You're primarily a demand gen or content marketer without field/event execution experience—this role owns the full program
  • You lack enterprise sales cycle knowledge or prefer tactical over strategic ownership
  • You need remote flexibility; this role is on-site in NYC with regional travel for events and partner meetings
