The Challenge
Paramount needs someone to own retail activation across France—driving sell-in and sell-through while managing relationships with major retailers, licensees, and distributors. You'll build 360° campaigns that blend in-store visibility, digital, and promotions across mass, specialty, and e-commerce channels.
Your Mission
Audit current retail activation programs and identify top 10 key accounts requiring strategic focus
Develop and present annual retail & trade marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives and global brand priorities
Establish baseline KPIs for sell-in, sell-through, and activation ROI across priority categories
Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with top retailers, buyers, and licensees to build relationships
Execute 3+ major 360° retail activation campaigns across mass/specialist/e-commerce with documented ROI
Increase sell-through by 15%+ in priority categories through optimized POS, promotions, and co-marketing
Launch product activation strategy for 2-3 key Paramount franchises with tailored retail initiatives
Deliver competitive benchmarking report and optimization recommendations based on post-campaign analysis

Retailer Satisfaction & Retention
Gauge relationship strength and account health through quarterly feedback and repeat campaign participation
Campaign Execution Rate
Percentage of planned activations executed on-time and on-budget across all key accounts
