About OPS Diagnostics

What you will do
· Website and SEO: Improve, update, and expand website content; strengthen search visibility; review traffic and user behavior; and recommend changes that increase qualified inquiries and sales opportunities.
· Scientific content: Work with scientists and senior management to turn technical information, research papers, application data, and customer needs into accurate webpages, application notes, product literature, email campaigns, and social posts.
· Social and digital media: Plan and maintain a consistent presence on relevant social platforms, especially LinkedIn; develop content calendars; and monitor results.
· Campaigns and events: Plan and execute targeted campaigns, conference activities, customer outreach, product promotions, and special events; assess outcomes and improve future efforts.
· Market research: Analyze and segment markets, identify potential customers and business partners, monitor competitors, and uncover opportunities in biotechnology, diagnostics, molecular testing, microbiology, and related life-science markets.
· CRM and analytics: Maintain and analyze CRM data, marketing metrics, website analytics, and campaign results to support targeted outreach and sound decisions.
