Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and track performance for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Plan and generate engaging content aligned with brand strategies to increase audience engagement.
- Monitor key marketing metrics (KPIs) to evaluate success and optimize ongoing efforts.
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and key deliverables.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or content creation.
Language: Professional English Proficiency (C1 level required).
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: To be agreed upon (discussed during the interview process). Additional Allowance: $500,000 COP. Payment Terms: Bi-weekly payment schedule. Opportunity to grow within an innovative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
