The Challenge

Faccelove is a fast-growing DTC beauty brand scaling globally. You'll own end-to-end growth strategy across their Shopify store—from conversion optimization to retention—turning data into revenue wins.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current funnel performance and identify top 3 conversion bottlenecks across product pages, checkout, and post-purchase

Launch and validate 2-3 high-impact A/B tests using Intelligems targeting AOV or conversion rate improvements

3

Establish daily monitoring cadence for GA4 and Shopify metrics; present weekly insights and action plan to leadership

4

Align cross-functional roadmap (creative, marketing, retention) with growth priorities for next 6 months

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 15-25% lift in conversion rate or AOV through systematic CRO wins and funnel optimization

Build and scale 2+ retention initiatives (upsells, bundles, offers) that measurably improve customer lifetime value

3

Develop repeatable growth playbook for testing, learning, and scaling—moving from reactive to strategic growth

4

Establish competitive benchmarking and market trend monitoring process to inform strategic opportunities

KPIs You'll Own

Conversion Rate

Track store-wide and segment-specific conversion rates to measure CRO impact and funnel health.

Average Order Value (AOV)

Monitor AOV gains from offers, bundles, upsells, and checkout optimization.

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

Measure repeat purchase rates and retention impact of growth initiatives.

Revenue Per Visitor

Holistic metric combining conversion, AOV, and traffic quality to track overall store performance.

Test Velocity & Win Rate

Track number of tests running monthly and percentage reaching statistical significance to ensure execution rigor.

For You If
  • You've led CRO or growth initiatives at a DTC e-commerce brand (beauty, wellness, or similar) and have 5+ years in growth roles
  • You're fluent in Shopify, GA4, and A/B testing—and obsessed with running structured experiments
  • You thrive balancing quick wins (conversion tests) with strategic thinking (funnel redesigns, retention models)
  • You want VP-level autonomy to own growth strategy end-to-end, not just optimize existing campaigns
  • You're comfortable being on-site in Argentina or relocating
Won't Work If

  • Your background is primarily paid ads or demand generation; this role is conversion and retention focused
  • You need an established team; you'll be building the growth function from scratch
