The Challenge
NOVEL PREP is a private high school hunting for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own the entire enrollment funnel—from awareness to application. You'll build and execute strategies that directly drive student recruitment, optimize paid campaigns, and report on metrics that matter.
Your Mission
Audit current enrollment funnel and establish baseline KPIs (awareness, inquiry, tour, application, conversion rates)
Launch optimized paid campaigns across Facebook/Instagram targeting parent demographics with A/B testing framework
Build marketing calendar and roadmap aligned with school enrollment cycles and admissions targets
Establish reporting dashboards and weekly performance reviews with leadership
Increase student inquiries by 25-40% through multi-channel campaign optimization and content strategy
Reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 15-20% through paid media testing and channel optimization
Develop and execute retention strategy for enrolled students and alumni to drive referrals
Lead cross-functional collaboration with admissions team to align marketing messaging with enrollment targets
