The Challenge
Groupe Nova is a €14M digital consulting firm punching above its weight in a fragmented market. You'll be their first dedicated growth voice—building the marketing engine for a ~20-person team that actually knows how to work together.
Your Mission
Audit current digital presence (website, social, SEO performance) and identify 3-5 quick wins to boost visibility
Establish monthly marketing KPI dashboard tracking website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance
Launch first integrated campaign promoting core service lines across 2+ channels
Map competitive landscape and positioning to inform go-to-market strategy
Increase qualified leads by 30% through optimized SEO/SEM and content strategy
Execute 2 major events (trade shows or webinars) generating 50+ qualified prospects each
Build brand guidelines and refresh marketing collateral (website, sales decks, case studies)
Establish partner co-marketing programs to expand reach within existing client network
