The Challenge
Nebius is building the cloud platform for AI-native startups globally, and they need someone to own the entire startup community strategy. You'll be the connective tissue between their platform and the world's most promising AI founders—building real relationships, not vanity metrics.
Your Mission
Map and establish relationships with 15-20 key accelerators, universities, and developer communities across EMEA and priority markets
Design and launch 2-3 flagship community programs (meetups, technical workshops, or hackathon partnerships) with clear success metrics
Create standardized onboarding and enablement playbook for startup partners with case studies and best-practice guides
Establish baseline community KPIs and reporting dashboard tracking lead pipeline, event attendance, and partner engagement
Execute 5+ high-impact events/activations across priority markets; track attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution
Grow engaged startup community to 500+ active members with measurable adoption metrics on Nebius platform
Drive 50+ qualified startup leads into sales pipeline through community programs with documented conversion tracking
Develop and optimize 3-4 regional go-to-market playbooks informed by community feedback and ecosystem insights

% of accelerator/university/community partners actively referring startups or participating in programs.
Enablement Engagement
Usage metrics on playbooks, guides, and case studies; feedback scores and iteration cycles.

Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 3+ years in community management, partnerships, or ecosystem development—preferably at accelerators, AI/cloud startups, or developer communities
- You're genuinely energized by founder networks and understand how startup ecosystems work (you know the difference between vanity partnerships and real value)
- You can design programs from scratch and measure everything: leads, pipeline, engagement, ROI—no guessing
- You're comfortable being the voice of startups internally and pushing product/go-to-market decisions based on real ecosystem feedback
- You want to build something globally but are based in or willing to relocate to Paris
- You see community management as 'social media posting' or event decoration rather than business-critical pipeline generation
- You lack sales/marketing fundamentals or can't connect community activities to measurable business outcomes
- You're not willing to travel periodically to key markets (EMEA, US, APAC) or work across timezones with global partners
