Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've driven growth strategy in streaming or digital media and can speak fluently about subscriber economics, churn, and LTV
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can take half-baked ideas to rigorous business cases without hand-holding
  • You're comfortable building and applying strategic frameworks; you think in models, not vibes
  • You have 7-10+ years in growth strategy, business development, or corporate development with proven partnership evaluation experience
  • You want a meaningful platform and resources at a company that actually moves culture-not a startup where you do everything
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility; this is full-time on-site Universal City with no WFH options mentioned
  • You're not comfortable with corporate pace and decision-making cycles; large enterprises move slower than startups
  • You lack strategic rigor and prefer execution-only roles; this role is 60% strategy, 40% execution
