The Challenge
MSD LATAM is hunting for an Oncology Marketing Manager to own brand strategy and P&L across assigned therapeutic areas in Peru's competitive pharma landscape. You'll translate market insights into go-to-market plays, orchestrate cross-functional launches, and drive patient access while navigating complex reimbursement dynamics.
Your Mission
Audit current brand portfolio performance, competitive positioning, and market access barriers; deliver gap analysis with prioritized recommendations
Map and align with cross-functional stakeholders (Access, Policy, Medical, Commercial); establish governance cadence and approval workflows
Develop integrated marketing plans for 2-3 priority oncology brands with clear value props, channel mix, and omnichannel journeys
Set baseline demand forecasts and P&L targets for assigned portfolio; establish monthly performance tracking and reporting cadence
Execute launch readiness plan for at least one new indication or line extension; track market uptake, physician adoption, and patient access metrics
Demonstrate measurable growth in brand awareness, market share, or patient volume for top 2 portfolio brands through integrated campaigns
Deliver lifecycle refresh strategy for underperforming brand with evidence pull, positioning update, and tactical optimization roadmap
Build Product Manager capability through coaching on field intelligence, market insights translation, and strategic decision-making

Actual revenue, market share, and margin vs. forecast; track quarterly and course-correct based on market dynamics.
Launch Readiness & Execution
On-time, on-budget delivery of launch plans; physician awareness, trial adoption, and patient enrollment metrics within 6 months post-launch.
Market Access Wins
Formulary inclusions, reimbursement approvals, and public sector tender success rate; measure patient access expansion.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Governance meeting attendance, approval cycle time, and stakeholder satisfaction; track plan execution adherence.
Competitive Positioning
Market monitoring cadence, competitor move response time, and share-of-voice across key channels.
