Moroccanoil is the brand that made argan oil iconic in haircare—now they're building the Body category from the ground up. You'll own portfolio strategy, product launches, and cross-functional execution for a category with real white space opportunities.
Your Mission
Map the Body category competitive landscape and identify 3+ white space growth opportunities aligned with brand positioning
Develop and present initial Body portfolio strategy and 12-month innovation roadmap to leadership
Execute launch prep for 2+ upcoming Body products: positioning, claims validation, marketing asset briefs
Establish baseline product information files and marketing asset management systems for Body category
Own end-to-end execution of 2+ global Body product launches across all distribution channels with zero delays
Build data-driven market analyses demonstrating Body category growth potential and pricing optimization
Establish quarterly competitor tracking reports and quarterly strategic recommendations
Scale cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, Digital, Social, and Regional teams with documented processes

Is This Role For You?
- You've managed a product category or portfolio and understand launch mechanics from strategy to execution

- You thrive in cross-functional chaos and actually enjoy coordinating 8+ stakeholder groups
- You have 3-5 years of beauty/CPG marketing experience with proven product launch track record
- You're detail-oriented but can zoom out to see category strategy
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in NYC
- You're a solo executor who doesn't like constant stakeholder management
- You lack experience with product launches or portfolio management
