Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built deal pipelines from scratch in growth equity, venture capital, or late-stage PE—and actually own the metrics
  • You network naturally; your phone book of founders, bankers, and LPs is your competitive advantage
  • You speak fluently about venture/growth investing: metrics that matter, thesis-building, market analysis
  • You obsess over process: CRM discipline, tracking, and converting relationships into actionable deals
Won't Work If
  • You want hands-on investing/decision-making power—this is origination-focused with investment participation secondary
  • You need remote flexibility; this is on-site San Francisco, period
  • You lack genuine relationships in the growth/VC ecosystem or prefer cold outreach over warm networks
  • You're looking for a tactical coordinator role; this demands strategic vision, initiative, and relationship building at scale

3

Meeting with PC&E platform executives to assess strategic thinking, relationship networks, and operational discipline

4

Reference checks

Calls with intermediaries, founders, or investors who can vouch for your sourcing effectiveness and relationship quality
