The Challenge

Fortune Brands Innovations (spun off in 2022) needs sharp eyes on retail execution. You'll own the display strategy that turns shelf space into sales across wholesale and retail channels in Mexico—coordinating real-time implementation and auditing what actually happens versus what was planned.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Map current in-store display execution across top 20 wholesale and retail partners; identify compliance gaps vs. brand standards

Build audit framework and baseline metrics dashboard (compliance %, display quality scores, rollout velocity)

Establish weekly reporting cadence with sales and marketing stakeholders on display KPIs and blockers

Execute first round of corrective actions on lowest-performing displays; document learnings
