Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've led marketing or commercial teams across multiple geographies and understand how to balance global strategy with local execution
  • You're obsessed with metrics—campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, budget variance—and make decisions based on data, not gut feel
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can juggle competing priorities across 11 markets without losing focus
  • You're a relationship builder who can influence senior stakeholders (Divisional VP, Regional EVP, country CEOs) and inspire teams through change
  • You understand financial services or B2B2C go-to-market and can speak intelligently about merchant economics, payment flows, and fintech trends
Won't Work If
  • You need significant remote flexibility—this role is 100% on-site in Bogota; if you can't commit to Colombia, pass
  • You prefer hands-on creative work over strategy and people leadership; this is a P&L and team leadership role, not an individual contributor seat
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or don't have experience operating in emerging markets; LatAm requires adaptability and local market knowledge
