Masa Assessoria e Marketing is hunting for a senior ad account manager who can sit at the client table and drive strategic decisions. You'll own the diagnosis-to-execution pipeline, translating business goals into actionable briefs while keeping teams aligned and results flowing.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Land 2-3 new client relationships and conduct discovery workshops that uncover lead gen or performance gaps

Master Masa's client management workflow, CRM stack, and briefing standards

Deliver your first 3 strategic recommendations that directly impact client metrics (leads, cost-per-acquisition, or revenue)

Build credibility with internal creative, media, and performance teams through clear, data-backed briefs

By 6 Months
1

Own 8-10 active accounts with zero quality drops across delivery and communication

Hit a client satisfaction/retention score of 90%+ through proactive strategic counsel

Drive 40%+ of new revenue through account growth (upsells, expanded budgets, new services)

Create a repeatable diagnostic framework that reduces client onboarding time by 30%

  • You speak fluent marketing—you understand funnels, lead gen, CAC, LTV, and can translate them into client conversations
  • You're naturally consultative: you don't just take orders, you diagnose problems and push smart ideas even when it's uncomfortable
  • You're organized across multiple clients without losing your mind, and you track your own metrics obsessively

  • You need a structured PM background to feel confident—you'll own client relationships but not formal project management
  • You can't operate autonomously or you need constant direction from above
