The Challenge
Macfor is a specialized services partner helping clients mature their CRM capabilities. You'll own end-to-end CRM strategy—from segmentation and automation to campaign performance—acting as both strategist and trusted advisor to clients navigating complex customer journeys.
Your Mission
Audit current CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS; identify quick-win A/B tests and optimization opportunities
Structure segmentation framework tied to business objectives; document customer journey maps for 2-3 key client accounts
Launch and monitor 4-6 A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, send times); establish baseline metrics dashboard
Build internal playbooks for campaign validation and pre-launch QA to ensure consistency across client executions
Deliver 3+ strategic CRM audits with data-backed recommendations that improve open rates, CTR, or conversion by 15%+
Design and implement 2-3 automated nurture sequences with measurable engagement and conversion lift
Create reusable segmentation templates and behavioral trigger frameworks clients can deploy independently
Mentor operational teams on CRM best practices; establish monthly performance reviews with clear optimization roadmaps
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign Open Rate
Track email/SMS open performance across segments; target improvement of 3-5% through testing.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Monitor link engagement and creative effectiveness; optimize toward client industry benchmarks.
Conversion Rate
Measure downstream actions (purchases, sign-ups, etc.) driven by CRM campaigns; tie to business ROI.
Churn/Engagement Score
Track customer lifecycle health; identify at-risk segments for re-engagement campaigns.
A/B Test Velocity
Launch and complete 1-2 statistically significant tests per campaign; document learnings for replication.

- You've executed 100+ email campaigns and understand segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle optimization deeply
- You thrive translating client goals into measurable CRM strategies backed by data and behavioral insights
- You're comfortable as both a hands-on executor and strategic advisor—owning campaigns end-to-end
- You speak fluent Portuguese and can interface with both internal teams and Portuguese-speaking clients
- You want consulting exposure and the chance to shape how companies approach customer retention and growth
- You need remote flexibility or are unwilling to work on-site in São Paulo
- You prefer pure execution over strategy—this role demands thinking beyond individual campaign performance
- You lack hands-on CRM platform experience or have only theoretical knowledge of lifecycle marketing
- You struggle with client-facing communication or don't enjoy wearing both the consultant and operator hat
