The Challenge

C3 Presents (Live Nation's festival powerhouse behind Austin City Limits, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo) needs a Digital Marketing Manager to own paid campaigns across their casino venues division. You'll drive ticket sales through data-driven strategy while leading a team—merging analytics rigor with creative storytelling at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing paid media performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic; identify quick wins and optimization gaps

Build tracking infrastructure (pixels, conversion APIs, UTM structure, GA4) to establish baseline attribution and ROAS reporting

3

Launch 3-5 test campaigns across at least 2 venues with A/B testing on creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies

4

Create standardized campaign dashboards and weekly performance reports aligned to KPIs (ROAS, CPA, ticket conversions)

By 6 Months
1

Scale highest-performing campaigns to full-funnel execution (awareness → conversion → retention) across casino venues portfolio

Develop and document SOPs for campaign planning, creative briefs, and stakeholder approvals to improve team efficiency and consistency

Lead team to implement privacy-first audience strategies using first-party data (CRM, pixel data, audience lists) post iOS changes

4

Deliver quarterly business reviews showing YoY ticket sales lift, cost-per-ticket trends, and channel attribution insights to leadership

KPIs You'll Own

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Track revenue generated per dollar spent across paid channels to optimize budget allocation.

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

Measure cost to acquire a ticket buyer; benchmark against venue/show type to identify underperforming campaigns.

Ticket Conversion Rate

Percentage of ad clicks that convert to completed ticket purchases; test creative and audience changes to lift this metric.

Campaign Pacing to Plan

Daily monitoring to ensure spend and volume stay on track toward on-sales and announcement timelines.

Attribution Accuracy

Validate tracking across platforms to ensure clean data feeding performance dashboards and decision-making.
