LifeScribe (trylifescribe.com) is the AI-powered memoir platform — talk into your phone, get a literary-quality illustrated chapter back. Live iOS/Android, $500K seed raise in progress.

We need someone to own our entire social media presence across 6 platforms — and grow into Director of Marketing within 12-18 months.

Comp: Monthly stipend + early-team equity + revenue share (20% of revenue above a watermark allocated to operating team). Consulting 3-6 months → full-time with salary + benefits.

What you'll do:

  • Own 6 platforms daily: TikTok (discovery/emotional hooks), Instagram (visual/Reels), Facebook (primary Boomer channel — Boomer-Safe: no FOMO), Pinterest (evergreen/SEO), LinkedIn (B2B2C), X (founder thought leadership)
  • Design, create, and publish all content — you ARE the social media team
  • Set up tracking: UTM params, GA4 conversion events, per-platform dashboards
  • Analyze performance: engagement rates, CTR, content-to-conversion funnel
  • Optimize based on data: A/B test hooks, formats, posting times, emotional triggers
  • Create content for 8+ audience segments: Boomers, Gen X gift buyers, veterans, farmers/ranchers, western heritage, new mothers, wedding couples, Gen Z

B2B2C Institutional: Senior living operators, retirement communities, corporate wellness, banking/Family Vault white-label

Growth path:

  • Phase 1 (Mo 1-6): Social Media Manager — own organic social
  • Phase 2 (Mo 6-12): Expand into paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
  • Phase 3 (Mo 12-18): Director of Marketing — full channel ownership, partnerships, commercials

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years social media management across multiple platforms
  • Hands-on content creator (graphics, video, copy — you do it all)
  • Data-driven: analytics, UTM tracking, conversion attribution
  • Video creation skills (TikTok/Reels-style)
  • Design tools (Canva minimum)
  • Self-starter, remote-ready
