The Challenge

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is scaling aggressively across Spanish-speaking South America and needs a marketing leader to own Colombia as a key growth market. You'll drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement for advanced analytics and data solutions in the compliance and financial crime space—reporting directly to the LATAM Senior Marketing Manager.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing marketing channels and stakeholder relationships; develop 90-day integrated marketing roadmap aligned with regional sales targets

2

Launch 2-3 high-impact demand generation campaigns (digital, email, events) targeting key buyer personas in fraud/compliance/risk sectors

3

Establish baseline marketing performance metrics and reporting cadence; implement analytics tracking across campaigns

4

Coordinate and execute first regional event or webinar series to generate qualified leads and deepen customer relationships

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 25%+ increase in qualified pipeline attributed to marketing initiatives; demonstrate clear ROI on marketing spend

2

Develop and publish 4-6 thought leadership assets (whitepapers, case studies, videos) that position LexisNexis as category authority in LATAM

3

Scale winning campaigns across 2-3 channels (search, social, direct mail); optimize spend based on performance data

4

Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales and Market Planning; establish quarterly business reviews with measurable impact metrics

Pipeline Generated (MQL → SQL)

Track qualified leads sourced directly from marketing campaigns converted to sales-qualified opportunities.

Campaign ROI

Measure cost-per-acquisition and revenue attribution across all marketing channels and tactics.

Event/Webinar Attendance & Engagement

Monitor attendance rates, engagement metrics, and leads generated from live and virtual events.

Content Performance

Track downloads, views, and engagement rates for thought leadership assets and promotional materials.

Marketing Budget Efficiency

Monitor spend against targets and optimize allocation based on channel performance and pipeline contribution.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've executed 5-10 years of full-cycle B2B marketing campaigns (strategy to delivery) and love owning results end-to-end
  • You're a bilingual Spanish/English marketer comfortable operating in matrixed orgs and building cross-functional relationships
  • You thrive in autonomous roles where you set strategy, manage budgets, and report on ROI—not just execute tactical tasks
  • You have hands-on experience with demand generation, events, and integrated marketing across digital + traditional channels
  • You're energized by scaling growth in emerging markets and building brand authority in technical B2B spaces
Won't Work If
  • You're a B2C marketer or lack proven B2B campaign execution experience—this is enterprise GTM, not consumer marketing
  • You need extensive remote flexibility or don't want to relocate to/be based in Colombia on-site
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity, prefer playbooks over strategy, or need heavy hand-holding from leadership
