We’re looking for a Founding GTM Lead / Head of Growth to build the company’s demand engine from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who can create pipeline, build systems, sharpen messaging, and turn early traction into a repeatable growth motion.
You’ll own demand creation across signal-based outbound, content, partnerships, founder/community distribution, referrals, and GTM systems. You’ll build the outbound stack, define ICP/account targeting, write and test messaging, optimize conversion, and create the dashboards needed to measure what is working.
This role is ideal for someone who has built growth from zero before, a founding marketer, GTM engineer, demand gen lead, or Head of Growth type who is comfortable being both strategic and extremely hands-on. You should be excited to work directly with the CEO, move fast, and build the playbook before there is a team around you.
