Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've run Google Ads campaigns (Search or PMax) with hands-on optimization and can prove ROAS/CPA metrics
  • You're comfortable with SEO fundamentals (GSC, GA4, keyword research, on-page optimization) and can build organic strategies
  • You've launched and scaled paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with real conversion attribution
  • You're detail-oriented, love testing (A/B testing, bid strategies), and can work semi-independently under a manager's direction
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Los Angeles area, no hybrid option
  • You're entry-level junior; this is Assistant Manager, so you need 2-3 years hands-on PPC/SEM/SEO experience
  • You dislike reporting/analytics; you'll own dashboards and monthly stakeholder updates, not just campaign execution
