Laurie Finkelstein Reader is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in graphic design, AI-powered marketing tools, content creation, social media management, and marketing operations.
What You'll Do:
- Design marketing materials, social media graphics, email campaigns, and presentations using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools.
- Create engaging content and copy for social media, email marketing, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms.
- Edit short-form videos and digital content for social media.
- Support agents with marketing requests and branded materials.
- Track marketing performance and assist with reporting and campaign optimization.
- Maintain organized marketing systems, assets, and workflows.
- Administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content creation.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and marketing software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Thrives in a remote team environment and enjoys continuous learning and growth.
