The Challenge

Klépierre runs 70 flagship shopping centers across Europe—you'd own the Île-de-France portfolio. This is about driving foot traffic, retailer partnerships, and social engagement across multiple malls simultaneously while staying true to corporate brand standards.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing performance across all assigned centers; identify quick wins and budget reallocation opportunities

Build relationships with key stakeholders (retailers, local authorities, community groups) and map partnership pipeline

Deploy Q1 campaigns aligned with group strategy; establish baseline metrics for traffic, engagement, and retailer satisfaction

Set up social media content calendar and engagement protocols for all centers under your remit

By 6 Months
1

Launch and measure results of 2-3 localized campaigns that drive measurable foot traffic lift vs. baseline

Negotiate and close 3-5 strategic local partnerships (events, promotions, community initiatives)

Optimize marketing spend allocation across centers based on 6 months of performance data; demonstrate 10%+ efficiency gains

Establish monthly reporting dashboard tracking KPIs; present insights and recommendations to leadership
