O que você vai fazer
About us.
Kalmus Labs is building AI-native tools for learning. Our first product, Remora, transforms books and documents into an interactive, personalized learning system - helping people actually retain and understand what they consume.
Most people absorb information passively and forget it. We’re building something that makes learning active, engaging, and meaningful.
Why join us.
We’re a small, fast-moving team building from zero - no corporate layers, no slow approvals.
At Kalmus, you will
Shape how we show up online - voice, tone, and community.
- Work directly with the founder - fast decisions, real ownership.
Experiment with content and growth strategies that actually move metrics. Be part of an early-stage company where your work has immediate impact.
We’re currently pre-seed and in active discussions with early investors - strong contributors transition into paid roles as we scale.
What you’ll own.
Build and execute early community and content direction for Remora.
You will
- Develop and run content across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Product Hunt, and other channels.
- Create posts, threads, and short-form content that feels native to each platform.
- Collaborate with design and video to produce cohesive campaigns.
- Write simple, clear updates, product narratives, and occasional PR-style posts.
Experiment with organic growth and lightweight paid campaigns. Engage with early users and shape messaging based on real feedback. Track performance at a high level - what works, what doesn’t, and why.
This is not a “social media manager” role - it’s early-stage growth and positioning.
You might be a fit if you…
Write clearly and know how to communicate ideas. Understand how content spreads and what drives engagement. Are interested in AI, tech, and building something from zero. Can balance content creation, messaging, and basic analytics. Work independently and think in terms of growth and outcomes. Have strong English (Russian or Ukrainian is a plus).
