The Challenge

JOYC Brands owns four retail-present brands (Tinkr, Maison Lude, GRYT, Tecstr) with proven distribution momentum. You'll architect social strategy and creator partnerships across all four, each with distinct voices, turning retail presence into viral growth engines.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current social presence across all four brands; establish baseline metrics and competitive benchmarks by week 4

Launch differentiated content playbooks for each brand with first creator partnership contracts signed

3

Build and execute Q1 social calendar with AI-assisted content production workflow; target 2x engagement lift

4

Map viral potential per brand category (tools, games, audio, accessories); identify quick-win growth vectors

By 6 Months
1

Scale primary growth channel (TikTok or Instagram, brand-dependent) to 100K+ engaged followers with documented growth curve

Establish creator partnership program generating 10+ monthly collaborations; track ROAS and audience overlap

Develop repeatable content formats driving retail foot traffic; measure in-store lift via promo codes or unique identifiers

4

Deliver quarterly growth reports tying social metrics to retail sell-through; build case for expanded budget

Follower Growth Rate (30/60/90 day)

Compound monthly growth % across primary social channels per brand; target 15%+ MoM

Engagement Rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)

Total engagements / total impressions; establish baseline per brand, target 8%+ for organic

Creator Partnership ROAS

Revenue attributed to creator content divided by total partnership spend; track per creator and aggregate

Viral Content Velocity

% of monthly posts reaching 100K+ impressions; track trending formats and topics per brand

Retail Lift Attribution

SKU velocity increase in stores correlated to social campaign timing; track via promo codes or retail partner data

Content Efficiency (Cost per Engagement)

Paid + organic production spend / total engagements; optimize for lowest CPE while scaling reach
