The Challenge

Jotacom is a performance-first agency hunting for a media planner who can own digital strategy end-to-end—from campaign architecture to client storytelling. You'll drive growth for multiple clients while balancing analytical rigor with strategic vision.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize existing client campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok; target 15-20% efficiency gains

Build standardized media planning templates and frameworks for the team to scale processes

3

Present quarterly strategy roadmap to 3+ key clients with clear performance benchmarks and growth levers

4

Establish weekly performance reporting cadence with internal teams—define KPIs, thresholds, and escalation protocols

By 6 Months
1

Launch 5+ new strategic media initiatives that lift client ROAS by 25%+ YoY

2

Mentor 2-3 junior planners on campaign optimization and client management

Negotiate better platform terms with Google, Meta, and DV360 based on spend data and performance leverage

4

Develop proprietary playbooks for CAC optimization and LTV modeling across verticals

KPIs You'll Own

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Track blended ROAS across all client campaigns; target 3:1 minimum with monthly improvement velocity.

CAC Efficiency

Monitor Customer Acquisition Cost trends; measure optimization impact month-over-month against client benchmarks.

Campaign CPC/CPM

Track cost-per-click and cost-per-thousand-impressions as leading indicators of platform and creative performance.

Conversion Rate

Measure total conversions driven by media spend; identify platform and audience segment winners.

Client Satisfaction/NPS

Quarterly client feedback on strategy clarity, communication, and results delivery.

  • You've managed 6+ figure ad budgets across Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms with proven optimization chops

  • You thrive in hybrid environments with direct client interaction and internal team collaboration
  • You're fluent in Portuguese and ideally have English as a bonus
