Accountabilities:
Define and lead the end-to-end growth product strategy, owning key metrics across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize the user funnel.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and improve growth-focused product experiences, including onboarding, pricing, upgrade paths, and referral systems.
Partner with marketing, sales, and revenue operations to ensure alignment across the entire customer lifecycle, from first touch to long-term retention.
Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to deeply understand user behavior and prioritize high-impact initiatives on the roadmap.
Own reporting on core growth KPIs, ensuring clear visibility of performance trends and experiment outcomes for leadership.
Build and maintain a structured experimentation pipeline that balances quick wins with long-term strategic growth bets.
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on growth, lifecycle, or monetization.
Proven track record of improving key product growth metrics through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and statistical evaluation.
Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to rollout.
Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) strategies and self-serve user journeys.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around growth priorities.
Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with high ownership and accountability.
Familiarity with AI-enabled products, B2B SaaS, or pricing/monetization models is a strong plus.
