This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative execution, and performance measurement to ensure campaigns deliver meaningful results.

  • Own the development and execution of quarterly full-funnel marketing campaigns, including messaging, creative direction, content strategy, and campaign planning.

  • Build and maintain the campaign calendar, aligning content themes and initiatives across marketing channels.

  • Create compelling marketing assets, including thought leadership content, educational resources, campaign materials, and bottom-of-funnel offers.

  • Translate company positioning into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with technical hiring audiences and business stakeholders.

  • Manage awareness channels including organic social media, podcasts, PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and partnership content.

  • Establish and maintain brand standards by ensuring consistency across messaging, tone, and visual identity.

  • Partner with Demand Generation, Events, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to provide high-quality content and campaign support.

  • Collaborate on sales enablement materials and ensure messaging remains aligned across customer-facing channels.

  • Develop measurable campaign strategies with clear attribution, performance tracking, and optimization plans.

  • Analyze campaign results, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously refine messaging, formats, and channels.

  • Build a scalable content engine that supports growth initiatives and reduces reactive campaign development.

  • Strengthen brand visibility and share of voice within a competitive technical hiring market.

Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B SaaS marketer with a strong background in campaign strategy, content development, and brand storytelling. This role requires excellent writing skills, business judgment, ownership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while operating as a senior individual contributor.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful full-funnel marketing campaigns.

  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills with the ability to develop clear, authentic, and differentiated messaging.

  • Ability to identify and improve messaging that feels generic, overly corporate, or disconnected from audiences.

  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, testing, and optimization strategies.

  • Experience using data and insights to evaluate messaging effectiveness and improve marketing performance.

  • Ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.

  • Experience working as a senior individual contributor with ownership over major initiatives.

  • Ability to challenge ideas constructively while remaining open to feedback and collaboration.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience partnering with demand generation, events, product marketing, and sales teams.
