Accountabilities:
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize multi-channel Host recruiting campaigns across email, landing pages, direct mail, webinars, events, paid media, and emerging channels.
Create high-quality marketing and sales-support materials, including emails, landing pages, case studies, testimonials, toolkits, event communications, follow-up assets, and enablement content.
Research priority industries and geographic markets and build qualified prospect audiences through data sourcing, enrichment, validation, segmentation, and deduplication.
Maintain strong database hygiene, including verification, suppression, deliverability, audience documentation, and accurate prospect records.
Independently build and manage campaigns within HubSpot, including emails, forms, landing pages, workflows, sequences, properties, lead scoring, routing, personalization, and reporting.
Perform detailed quality-control checks before campaign launches to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliable execution.
Coordinate with sales and cross-functional stakeholders on campaign priorities, lead thresholds, routing, follow-up processes, approvals, and launch readiness.
Track campaign attribution, engagement, lead quality, disqualification, and conversion from initial prospect interest through active Host status.
Establish performance benchmarks and translate campaign results into actionable recommendations that improve lead quality, conversion, and overall funnel performance.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, audience strategy, communication, and marketing effectiveness while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in B2B, demand generation, digital, or growth marketing, with ownership of multi-channel campaigns from planning and build through reporting and optimization.
Advanced hands-on knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM, including emails, forms, landing pages, segments, workflows, sequences, properties, lead scoring, routing, automation, and reporting.
Strong understanding of lead generation and database management, including prospect research, list building, data enrichment, validation, segmentation, deduplication, suppression, deliverability, and CRM hygiene.
Experience using CRM and full-funnel data to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend next steps; intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, combined with strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
Basic design capabilities using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; campaign portfolios or work samples are a plus.
Strong project and stakeholder management abilities, including experience managing multiple deadlines and maintaining project plans through Asana or a comparable platform.
Ability to clarify ownership, document decisions, communicate status effectively, and collaborate across marketing, sales, data, product, and other teams.
Demonstrated independence, curiosity, proactive problem-solving, careful quality control, and reliable follow-through with limited day-to-day supervision.
HubSpot Marketing Hub certification is preferred.
Experience in marketplace, membership, travel, hospitality, small-business, supply-side, or sales-aligned acquisition programs is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States; applicants residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska are not eligible.
The role focuses on supply-side acquisition, working with businesses, attractions, and private-property Hosts rather than direct-to-consumer membership growth.
