Accountabilities:
Develop and execute industry-specific integrated marketing campaigns across Banking, Financial Services, Technology, and Telecommunications verticals, aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives.
Design end-to-end demand generation programs spanning awareness, thought leadership, lead acquisition, and ABM initiatives across digital, email, paid media, events, and content channels.
Build messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and audience segmentation strategies tailored to distinct industry personas and buyer journeys.
Collaborate closely with sales teams, Client Partners, and marketing functions to ensure campaign alignment and pipeline acceleration.
Manage campaign planning, calendars, budgets, and execution timelines while coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners.
Drive performance tracking, attribution, and reporting to measure MQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI across all campaigns.
Use AI-powered tools to enhance campaign development, including content creation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in industry marketing, vertical marketing, or demand generation roles.
Proven track record of building integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline in enterprise or mid-market environments.
Strong experience marketing to Banking, Financial Services, Technology, or Telecommunications audiences, with understanding of their regulatory and business environments.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to engage sales leaders and senior stakeholders effectively.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into industry-relevant narratives.
Experience with ABM strategies, intent data, and AI-enabled marketing tools is highly desirable.
