Accountabilities
Build and structure the marketing department from the ground up, including SOPs, processes, and a scalable growth roadmap.
Define and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies across Google Ads, YouTube, SEO, paid search, and influencer marketing.
Take hands-on ownership of campaign execution when needed, including optimization of paid media and performance marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement retention strategies, including automated email marketing flows to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
Expand marketing strategies across multiple regions, including Europe, with preparation for entry into the US and LATAM markets.
Lead and mentor internal creatives and external freelancers, with potential responsibility for hiring and scaling the marketing team.
Own marketing budgets, define KPIs, and track performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Report directly to executive leadership, providing insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
4-7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments.
Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies while remaining capable of hands-on execution.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), SEO, email marketing, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
Experience scaling consumer products in industries such as beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer electronics is highly valued.
Demonstrated success in building, managing, or scaling marketing teams in fast-growing environments.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with international marketing expansion and multi-country campaign management is a strong plus.
Familiarity with European consumer markets and e-commerce behavior is desirable.
