The Challenge
Scale creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate channels for a fast-growing partner company. You'll own the entire creative function—from concept to production pipeline to performance analysis—driving measurable ROAS and conversion growth at velocity.
Your Mission
Map current creative performance baseline across all channels (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and identify top 3 optimization opportunities
Build and document the creative production workflow (briefing → storyboard → execution → localization) with clear SLAs
Launch structured A/B testing framework for creative formats, hooks, and CTAs across Meta and TikTok with weekly reporting cadence
Establish audience segmentation strategy with 5+ distinct personas and corresponding messaging frameworks
Achieve 20%+ ROAS improvement across paid channels through optimized creative testing and audience targeting
Scale creative output to 40+ high-performing assets monthly across all platforms with documented SOPs
Build and mentor internal creative team or partner agency network to support autonomous campaign execution
Implement user research and social listening feedback loop resulting in 2+ new creative concepts per month
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Primary success metric—creative directly impacts revenue generated per ad dollar spent across all channels.
CVR (Conversion Rate)
Measures creative effectiveness in driving actions; target optimization through landing page variation and creative angle testing.
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
Tracks efficiency of creative + targeting combo; lower CPA indicates stronger creative-audience alignment.
CTR (Click-Through Rate)
