  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own SEO and AEO strategy as the internal subject matter expert, ensuring alignment with broader growth objectives
  • Manage external agency partners, defining KPIs, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring execution quality and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate with agencies on content strategy, keyword targeting, and technical SEO improvements in partnership with product teams
  • Lead channel forecasting, budget planning, and ongoing performance reporting across growth initiatives
  • Identify, design, and execute new channel experiments to improve reach, efficiency, and incremental growth
  • Partner with analytics teams to manage incrementality testing (MMM, geo-experiments) and evaluate channel impact
  • Continuously evaluate performance opportunities and scale high-performing acquisition strategies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets ($15M+) in a B2C or high-growth environment
  • Strong hands-on expertise in multiple performance channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, CTV, Affiliate, or Influencer Marketing
  • Experience overseeing SEO and/or AEO strategy and managing external agency relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and incrementality measurement platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating in a remote-first setup
  • Experience with forecasting, budget management, and performance optimization at scale

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000
  • Annual discretionary bonus opportunity of up to 20%
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and dependent care options
  • Paid parental and bonding leave
