Accountabilities:
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with distributor prospects across the promotional products industry.
Engage consistently in online and offline communities (social platforms, forums, events, and industry gatherings) to represent the brand authentically.
Manage structured outreach and relationship tracking using CRM tools such as HubSpot, ensuring personalized and timely follow-ups.
Share relevant content, insights, and resources that add value to prospects at different stages of awareness and consideration.
Identify buying signals and readiness indicators, and transition qualified, warm relationships to the Account Executive team.
Capture insights from community interactions and feedback to inform broader marketing and content strategies.
Maintain active social listening to identify opportunities for engagement and timely outreach.
Support event participation and industry presence to strengthen visibility and brand connection within the market.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry, SaaS, sales, marketing, or a community-facing role.
Strong understanding of relationship-driven sales or community engagement approaches.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and authentic style.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage outreach and pipeline activity.
Social media fluency, with confidence engaging on LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other digital communities.
Ability to curate and share relevant content tailored to audience needs and context.
Strong interpersonal skills with high empathy, patience, and relationship-building capability.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment with strong ownership and initiative.
Curiosity and interest in the promotional products or B2B SaaS ecosystem is a strong asset.
Familiarity with AI tools or automation in workflow optimization is an advantage.

Competitive base salary: $60,000, $72,000 CAD plus up to 10% annual bonus
