Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead strategic marketing planning and financial alignment for key brand initiatives, ensuring that insights, forecasts, and execution are tightly integrated.
Lead annual brand planning processes, defining strategic priorities and aligning cross-functional execution plans.
Partner with insights and analytics teams to develop, refine, and validate forecasts and market assumptions.
Drive competitive readiness activities by synthesizing market intelligence into actionable recommendations.
Own brand financial planning, including budget tracking, forecasting, and identifying risks and opportunities.
Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development in collaboration with Finance and Marketing leadership.
Translate complex market and performance data into executive-ready communications and strategic narratives.
Collaborate with marketing, digital, and patient engagement teams to ensure integrated execution of brand strategy.
Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, including market shaping, segmentation, and leadership-driven projects.
Requirements: This position requires a seasoned marketing leader with strong analytical capability, strategic thinking, and experience operating in complex healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
7+ years of marketing experience (or equivalent advanced degree combination), with 10+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial roles preferred.
Strong background in brand strategy, market planning, or commercial marketing within competitive therapeutic areas.
Experience working with financial planning, forecasting, and business performance tracking.
Ability to interpret customer insights, market research, and analytics into strategic recommendations.
Proven capability to influence cross-functional teams and lead without formal authority.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into clear narratives.
Experience working in oncology or highly competitive therapeutic markets is a strong plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working in data-driven, fast-paced environments.
