Accountabilities:
Support the execution of marketing and communication initiatives according to established plans, guidelines, and team priorities.
Assist in the creation, review, and updating of communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, reports, one-pagers, social media content, and visual assets.
Contribute to the organization and maintenance of digital presence, including website updates, basic copywriting for digital channels, and social media support.
Help coordinate logistics for internal and external events, campaigns, meetings, and institutional activities.
Maintain and organize mailing lists, contact databases, press contacts, and institutional records.
Support the management and cataloging of institutional photo and video archives.
Gather inputs and information from internal teams to support communication deliverables.
Assist in internal communication activities, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant updates and information.
Execute tasks under supervision, following defined processes and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree completed in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, communication, content production, or similar support roles (or equivalent academic/professional combination).
Basic experience in producing, editing, or organizing communication materials across digital and print formats.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital collaboration platforms.
Strong written communication skills, organization abilities, and attention to detail.
Basic English proficiency, with willingness to develop further language skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva or other basic design/editing platforms is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and work within structured deadlines.
Collaborative mindset and openness to working in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
