This role serves as the strategic growth and brand advisor for both PDS and Property Management, overseeing integrated marketing planning across demand generation, brand positioning, content, digital marketing, sales enablement, thought leadership, media, and analytics. The Head of Marketing will work cross-functionally with senior leaders in Sales, Operations, Product/Service Lines, Research, Finance, IT, HR, and Communications to build and execute marketing programs that drive financial, operational, and brand performance.
This individual must bring a strategic, future focused mindset; strong commercial acumen; and a demonstrated ability to manage large global teams, navigate executive–level conversations, and translate business needs into marketing strategy, operating models, and measurable outcomes. The role requires extensive creativity, analytical strength, and the ability to influence across a matrixed, global organization.
What This Role Involves
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Set the multi-year marketing strategy for PDS and Property Management, aligning with JLL’s enterprise vision and market growth priorities.
- Serve as the senior advisor on brand, demand, and client engagement strategy for business-line executives.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and investment plans that support sustainable global growth.
- Define and evolve market positioning to differentiate JLL across buyer segments, industries, and geographies.
- Govern messaging across campaigns, sales enablement, thought leadership, and product/service positioning to ensure clarity, consistency, and competitive strength.
- Lead development of web content, digital experience, and social presence for both business lines.
- Design and oversee multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs—digital, content, ABM, events, PR, paid media—that drive revenue impact across the client lifecycle.
- Build demand generation engines that accelerate pipeline quality, conversion velocity, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Oversee product launch marketing, segment-based campaigns, and cross-functional go-to-market efforts.
- Build and optimize the marketing operating system, including processes, workflows, technology, and global governance.
- Oversee budget planning, vendor strategy, organizational design, L&D, and marketing technology adoption.
- Establish enterprise-aligned reporting frameworks and ensure leadership visibility into performance, insights, and ROI.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product/Service Leads, Operations, IT, Finance, Research, and HR to align marketing to business needs and commercial outcomes.
- Communicate complex ideas and strategic considerations clearly to executive audiences; anticipate sensitivities and proactively manage alignment.
- Influence enterprise-wide marketing priorities through participation in leadership councils, steering groups, or strategy committees.
- Lead a global organization of managers and senior managers; develop next-generation leaders and succession pipelines.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent global execution while empowering regions with tailored strategies, playbooks, and operating guidance.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of B2B marketing experience with substantial portfolio marketing ownership and demonstrated impact.
- Experience in Project & Development Services Marketing and Property Management Marketing.
- Management experience required, including leadership of managers of managers and oversight of global or multi-region teams.
- Proven track record developing and executing large-scale, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and executive leadership to translate business needs into scalable marketing programs.
- Highly skilled in analytics, forecasting, measurement frameworks, and decision-making grounded in data.
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management within complex matrixed environments.
- Experience managing substantial budgets, marketing technology stacks, and vendor ecosystems.
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think innovatively while building disciplined, repeatable processes and operating structures.
