The Challenge
A 20+ year B2B tech marketing agency with European roots is accelerating US growth. You'll own the entire US market from pipeline to close, targeting $1.5-2M in net new business year one, with a clear path to Global Head of Growth.
Your Mission
Map and qualify top 50 target accounts across FinTech, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Telco and Transformation verticals
Establish repeatable outreach playbook with CMO/VP Marketing personas, securing 15+ qualified discovery conversations
Develop 3-5 case studies from existing US client wins for pitch collateral and positioning
Build internal relationship with regional growth leaders to align on collaboration and knowledge sharing cadence
Convert 3-4 pipeline opportunities into signed contracts, hitting $600K-$800K in net new revenue
Establish agency as strategic growth partner in target markets with consistent deal flow from warm introductions
Create regional competitive intelligence brief on US B2B marketing agency landscape and positioning gaps
Define and document sales playbook for replicating success across verticals and buyer profiles

Net New Business Revenue
Year one target of $1.5-2M; primary measure of growth leadership effectiveness.
Pipeline Value & Win Rate
Qualified opportunities in funnel and percentage converted to signed contracts; tracks sales execution.
Average Contract Value (ACV)
Measures quality of deals and ability to sell high-value, strategic partnerships vs. transactional work.
Sales Cycle Length
Time from first interaction to contract signature; indicates effectiveness of consultative selling approach.
Decision-Maker Engagement Rate
Percentage of outreach reaching CMO/VP level vs. gatekeeper attrition; validates targeting and positioning.

Is This Role For You?
- You've led growth at a B2B marketing or advertising agency and understand how to sell integrated services to CMOs
- You thrive on consultative, relationship-driven sales cycles and closing $500K+ deals
- You can build pipeline from scratch while leveraging existing traction and proof points
- You're comfortable with accountability for revenue targets but appreciate a realistic, structured plan vs. 'hockey stick' expectations
- You lack deep agency experience or haven't sold B2B marketing/advertising services to senior decision-makers
- You need a fully built-out team or sales infrastructure from day one
- You're geographically unable to be based in Colorado or East Coast with regular client travel expectations
