The Challenge

Ironclad is the leading AI contracting platform trusted by OpenAI, WHO, and AP—and they need you to own their digital presence. You'll manage the entire website experience, from CMS operations to SEO to A/B testing, reporting directly to the Director of Web Strategy on a fast-growing team.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master the CMS and establish a pre-launch QA process that catches errors before they hit prod

Complete a full SEO audit and implement on-page optimizations for top 20 conversion-intent keywords

Ship 2-3 answer-style content pieces optimized for AI search and measure impact on organic traffic

4

Set up proper GA4 and GTM tracking for all website experiments and create a dashboard to monitor weekly performance

By 6 Months
1

Reduce website bounce rate by 15% through iterative A/B testing and personalization in your CRO platform

Drive 30% YoY organic traffic growth by scaling SEO efforts and monitoring AI search visibility trends

Own the full campaign landing page build process end-to-end, shipping 5+ conversion-optimized pages across brands

4

Document and automate site hygiene workflows (redirects, broken links, tagging) to save 5+ hours weekly

KPIs You'll Own

Organic Traffic Growth (YoY %)

Track month-over-month organic sessions and attribute to SEO optimizations, content, and AI search visibility.

Website Conversion Rate

Measure % of visitors completing desired actions (demos, signups) and improve through A/B testing and personalization.

Page Load Speed (Core Web Vitals)

Monitor LCP, FID, CLS scores and maintain site performance to reduce bounce and improve SEO rankings.

Landing Page Performance (CTR, Conv Rate)

Track campaign landing page performance by audience segment and iterate based on data.

SEO Audit Completion Rate

% of identified technical SEO issues resolved monthly to maintain site health and indexability.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're hands-on and want to own the full web-to-conversion funnel—CMS to SEO to experiments
  • You're metric-obsessed and can connect website changes to revenue impact via GA4 and experimentation
  • You have 2-4 years digital marketing experience with real CMS, HTML, and SEO chops (not just theory)
  • You thrive in cross-functional chaos and can juggle competing priorities from Brand, Demand Gen, and PMM
  • You're curious about emerging channels (AI search, voice) and want to build the full digital stack
Won't Work If
  • You expect heads-down execution—this role requires constant collaboration and stakeholder management
  • You're looking for remote-only; this is hybrid with 2 office days/week minimum in NYC or Chicago
  • You have no hands-on experience with CMS, HTML, GA4, or SEO basics—this isn't an entry-level training role
