The Challenge
IRB Prime Care is a healthcare services company looking for a marketing intern who'll own real campaigns—not just make coffee. You'll build creative assets, test growth strategies, and see results directly tied to your work.
Your Mission
Master design fundamentals using Canva/Photoshop and produce 40+ social media assets per month
Launch and optimize 3 A/B tested social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn with documented results
Document and present 5 content performance insights with actionable recommendations for the team
Build repeatable workflows for content calendars, asset approval, and post-scheduling
Increase organic social media engagement by 25% through consistent content testing and optimization
Develop and own one pillar content series (video, carousel, or educational posts) generating 2K+ monthly impressions
Create a growth experiment playbook documenting 10+ tested tactics with performance benchmarks
Present quarterly growth review to leadership showing direct contribution to brand awareness metrics

Monitor average ER on owned content; target 3-5% improvement over baseline within 3 months.

Is This Role For You?
- You're in year 2+ of a Marketing, Design, or related degree program and want hands-on experience immediately
- You create content regularly (Instagram stories, TikTok, reels) and understand what performs—not just what looks pretty
- You're comfortable with ambiguity, iterate fast, and can handle feedback without taking it personally
- You're proactive: you spot opportunities, propose tests, and drive your own learning without waiting to be told what to do
- You expect a traditional internship where you shadow and observe; this role demands execution and ownership
- You're uncomfortable with design tools or have zero interest in learning Canva/Photoshop
- You need a full-time salary immediately; this is a R$1.600/mês stipend plus benefits, not market-rate employment
