The Challenge
Intellias, a 20-year-old tech innovator with offices across Europe, Americas, and Middle East, needs a Senior Marketing Generalist to drive growth through data-driven paid campaigns and analytics. You'll translate complex datasets into actionable strategies that move the needle for global multi-market audiences.
Your Mission
Audit current GA4, GTM, and paid media setup (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic); identify tracking gaps and implement fixes to ensure clean attribution
Build foundational reporting dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau connecting GA4 → paid spend → pipeline revenue for exec visibility
Design and launch one optimized paid social or display campaign with clear KPIs; establish baseline performance metrics
Document marketing tech stack and data flow; map integration points between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, data warehouse, and analytics tools
Deliver 20%+ lift in ROAS across paid channels through audience segmentation, bid optimization, and creative testing protocols
Establish predictive modeling framework using historical campaign data to forecast performance and allocate budget dynamically
Execute full-funnel attribution analysis across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic; present insights and ROI-linked recommendations to leadership
Scale winning campaigns across new markets; document playbooks and train team on platform best practices and continuous improvement workflows
