Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've led marketing at VP/CMO level in B2B IT Services, Digital Engineering, or similar complex, multi-vertical enterprise sales organizations
  • You excel at translating positioning strategy into pipeline and revenue outcomes; comfortable with P&L accountability and financial discipline
  • You're a skilled operator in international, matrixed organizations; you navigate vertical business leaders and drive alignment without formal authority
  • You combine strategic vision (market authority, brand narrative) with operational execution (ABM, attribution, demand gen discipline)
  • You're energized by scaling and systematizing marketing across multiple geographies and business units
Won't Work If
  • You prioritize creative brand work over pipeline and revenue impact; CMO role requires measurable demand generation and sales alignment
  • You lack experience managing global teams and complex stakeholder dynamics; this role demands executive presence and cross-functional influence
  • You're uncomfortable with accountability metrics and financial transparency; marketing here is a revenue-generating function, not a cost center
