Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've driven growth for a consumer/marketplace product (mobile-first preferred) in a fast-scaling company
  • You're comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across Product, Ops, and BD in a matrix structure
  • You speak fluent Spanish and English and have lived/worked in LatAm or multicultural environments
  • You're scrappy—you'll run campaigns, manage agencies, and get your hands dirty when needed
  • You obsess over data, A/B test ruthlessly, and can pivot quickly based on what the market tells you
Won't Work If
  • You need remote work or flexible location—this is 100% on-site in Santiago
  • Your Spanish is weak or you've never worked in multicultural, matrix environments
  • You prefer deep specialization in one channel (e.g., paid ads only) over owning full marketing strategy
  • You're risk-averse or uncomfortable with ambiguity; inDrive's market is still building and evolving
