The Challenge

Indra is a 48K-person global tech and consulting powerhouse dominating transport, defense, and digital transformation across 140+ countries. You'll own end-to-end growth optimization—from acquisition funnels to retention mechanics—for a massive enterprise player scaling aggressively in Latin America.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and audit current acquisition funnels (web, app, landing pages); identify top 3 friction points with SQL/GA4 analysis

Design and launch first 2 A/B tests on critical conversion moments (onboarding, account activation); establish testing cadence

Build foundational growth dashboard tracking CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rate, and NPS; own daily reporting

Collaborate with product/UX to prioritize top 5 CRO improvements; document customer journey maps for 2-3 key user segments

By 6 Months
1

Reduce acquisition funnel drop-off by 15%+ through iterative A/B testing and UX optimization

Design and execute retention strategy; target 10%+ reduction in churn through segmented activation campaigns and email/push automation

Establish experimentation culture: run 8-12 validated tests, document learnings, train team on Lean Startup methodology

Achieve 20%+ improvement on onboarding completion rate; build repeatable playbook for new product/market launches

KPIs You'll Own

CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Track cost-per-acquisition across channels; benchmark against LTV to ensure healthy unit economics.

LTV (Lifetime Value)

Monitor customer lifetime revenue; use to inform retention investment and churn prevention priorities.

Conversion Rate

Measure funnel conversion at each stage (landing → signup → activation → paying); primary lever for growth.

Churn Rate

Track monthly/annual customer churn; diagnose causes and test retention interventions.

NPS (Net Promoter Score)

Measure customer satisfaction and predict word-of-mouth growth; correlate with retention and expansion.
