The Challenge

IDT Corporation (NYSE-listed, $1.5B+ revenue) needs a bilingual marketing specialist to drive customer lifecycle growth for BOSS Money Transfer across the US market. You'll own CRM strategy from acquisition through retention—managing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels while building community presence.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and document current BOSS Money customer lifecycle, identify top acquisition and retention levers

Execute 4-6 multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) with documented A/B test results and lift metrics

Establish campaign calendar in JIRA with 60%+ on-time launch rate and clear segmentation rules

Attend and activate 2-3 community events with collateral, offers, and post-event performance tracking

By 6 Months

Achieve 15%+ lift in retention/engagement metrics through personalized lifecycle messaging

Build and validate 8+ audience segments with behavioral/demographic data, measuring conversion lift per segment

Reduce campaign launch cycle time by 30% through process optimization and cross-functional alignment

Support 40%+ YoY transaction growth in BOSS Money through targeted win-back and upsell campaigns

Track acquisition, engagement, and retention conversion rates across email, SMS, and push channels.

Customer Lifecycle Value (CLV)

Measure average revenue per user across acquisition, onboarding, and retention phases.

Campaign Launch On-Time Rate

Percentage of campaigns shipped by planned date—internal operational metric.

Segment Performance Lift

A/B test lift metrics showing personalized messaging ROI vs. control groups.

Community Event ROI

Track attendees, offer redemptions, and downstream transaction volume by event.

  • You have 3+ years of B2C CRM or marketing communications experience and want hands-on campaign ownership
  • You're bilingual (Spanish/English) and comfortable navigating cross-cultural, multinational teams
  • You're proficient in Braze and comfortable with mobile app marketing, segmentation, and A/B testing
  • You thrive in fast-paced fintech/money transfer environments where personalization drives transaction growth

  • You're based outside LATAM—this role is on-site in Bogota and only accepting LATAM applicants
  • You lack B2C experience or haven't worked with Braze and app-based campaigns at scale
  • You prefer strategic/leadership work over hands-on execution—this is a specialist role managing campaigns, JIRA tickets, and community events
