The Challenge
hyffen is a fast-growing SEO agency building best-in-class methodologies and frameworks. You'll shape how the entire team executes SEO strategy, mentor consultants, and directly impact client outcomes without getting bogged down in project management.
Your Mission
Audit existing hyffen SEO methodologies and identify 3-5 gaps in current templates (audits, recommendations, roadmaps)
Build and document 2 standardized SEO frameworks specific to key client verticals
Create 4 clear, actionable SOPs for the team on complex SEO topics (technical, content strategy, link building)
Complete onboarding, establish mentor relationship, and shadow 3 active client projects
Launch formalized SEO standards playbook adopted by 100% of Consultants with measurable compliance tracking
Train full team (Consultants, Content Managers, Developers) on new frameworks with documented knowledge assessments
Contribute to 8-10 client strategic recommendations that move beyond tactical execution
Establish quarterly methodology review cycle and identify evolution roadmap for year 2

- You have 7+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency and/or in-house) and want to scale impact through methodology instead of client delivery

- You speak fluent French and ideally English; you're persuasive without being aggressive
- You need traditional office presence or regular in-person collaboration (monthly Paris meetups only)
- You want hands-on project management or direct client interaction as your primary responsibility
- You're still building foundational SEO expertise—this role demands senior-level strategic thinking from day one
