The Challenge

HSBC CIB Europe needs someone to overhaul their digital presence across websites, social, and paid channels. You'll own the full funnel—from always-on SEO to ABM campaigns—for a banking heavyweight with European reach.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current SEM, SEO, and social performance; establish baseline metrics and identify quick wins on campaign spend efficiency

Launch optimized lead generation campaigns across web and social targeting CIB decision-makers

Implement ABM program targeting priority accounts with personalized digital experiences

Set up comprehensive digital and social reporting dashboard tracking conversion rates and engagement metrics

Achieve 15-20% improvement in SEM ROI through continuous campaign optimization and A/B testing

Establish always-on SEO strategy with measurable monthly organic traffic growth targets

Scale ABM program to 50+ target accounts with defined engagement and pipeline contribution metrics

Deliver quarterly business reviews showing digital channel contribution to CIB Europe revenue pipeline

Is This Role For You?

  • You've managed SEM and SEO campaigns at scale with proven ROI improvement track record
  • You're comfortable wearing multiple hats—SEM, SEO, social, ABM, reporting—and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • You speak French or are comfortable in a French work environment (bilingual bonus)
  • You've built and executed ABM programs or lead generation campaigns for B2B or enterprise audiences
  • You're data-driven and can build dashboards and tell stories with numbers
Won't Work If
  • You need permanent stability—this is a 5-month fixed contract with unclear extension
  • You're looking for a specialized role (SEM-only or SEO-only); this requires breadth across digital channels
  • You don't have direct hands-on experience with campaign optimization and reporting tools
  • You're not willing to work on-site in Paris full-time
