The Challenge
Hotmart is the go-to platform for digital creators across Latin America. You'll drive brand positioning and demand generation across multiple LATAM markets while building and scaling a high-performing marketing team.
Your Mission
Audit current brand perception and positioning across key LATAM markets; establish baseline brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, conversion)
Develop integrated brand strategy and positioning narrative for LATAM region aligned with creator economy positioning
Hire and onboard 2-3 key marketing team members; establish team structure, processes and collaboration frameworks
Launch first brand campaign or initiative across 2+ LATAM markets; track performance against KPIs
Execute full-funnel campaign strategy driving brand awareness lift (target: 15-25% improvement in market awareness metrics)
Build and scale marketing team to full capacity; establish team OKRs and performance management system
Establish brand ecosystem narrative across all customer touchpoints; measure brand health tracking quarterly
Demonstrate clear ROI from brand initiatives through attributed pipeline and conversion impact; refine strategy based on data

Composite index tracking brand perception, trust, and differentiation vs. competitors.

Marketing team retention rate and individual performance vs. OKRs.

Is This Role For You?
- You've built and managed marketing teams (5+ years team leadership experience minimum)
- You've led brand strategy or integrated campaigns from strategy through execution
- You're fluent in both English and Spanish and understand LATAM market nuances
- You can balance strategic brand-building with demand generation metrics and accountability
- You need remote flexibility - this is strict on-site in Mexico City
- You lack team leadership experience or prefer individual contributor work
- You're uncomfortable owning brand strategy accountability with minimal guidance
