The Challenge

Honeywell Aerospace is transforming its commercial engine-you'll own the go-to-market architecture across a complex global business (Air Transport, BGA, OEM, Aftermarket). Your job: turn Salesforce from a reporting tool into a demand-generation machine that drives pipeline visibility, revenue capture, and sales execution across multiple segments.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current SFDC/Highspot setup, identify gaps in commercial workflows, and map standardized opportunity stages across all 4 business segments

Partner with Sales and Finance to design commission/SPIFF structures that align with growth priorities and integrate into SFDC governance

Develop initial commercial playbooks (segment-specific) and socialize CRM operating model with regional sales leaders

4

Establish KPI dashboard for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and adoption metrics to report to Commercial Excellence leadership

By 6 Months
1

Fully operationalize global CRM governance model with standardized lead-to-win milestones and commercial data standards across regions

Launch demand-generation engine in SFDC targeting white-space MRO/spare-parts opportunities with real-time pipeline insights

3

Implement Highspot content/playbook alignment and measure seller adoption, engagement, and deal velocity lift

4

Deliver executive dashboards and commercial forecasting system trusted by leadership; achieve 90%+ sales adoption of CRM processes

KPIs You'll Own

Pipeline Visibility & Forecast Accuracy

Track opportunity stage progression, win rates by segment, and forecast variance to leadership accuracy targets.

CRM & Highspot Adoption Rate

Measure % of sales team actively using SFDC workflows and Highspot playbooks in deal execution.

Revenue Capture (MRO/Aftermarket)

Monitor demand-generation impact on white-space opportunity identification and closure in underpenetrated segments.

Commercial Governance Compliance

Track adherence to ITAR/EAR requirements, commission trigger milestones, and standardized commercial practices globally.

For You If
  • You've led commercial operations, sales strategy, or CRM transformation at scale (12+ years, ideally in B2B/complex sales)
  • You're fluent in Salesforce architecture and can speak the language of both sales and IT
  • You thrive designing go-to-market processes, especially for multi-segment businesses with different buyer cycles
  • You're data-driven and comfortable building dashboards, forecasting models, and governance frameworks that hold teams accountable
Won't Work If
  • You're uncomfortable with on-site, full-time work in Phoenix-this is not remote
  • You lack hands-on CRM platform experience or have only managed vendors vs. owning the business
  • You view this as a systems administration role; you need to lead strategy, architecture, and people
