The Challenge
HIFI is rebuilding financial infrastructure for the internet—making money programmable by default. You'll join their structured new grad program with real ownership on live GTM motions, not busywork, and a direct path to full-time if you execute.
Your Mission
Ship 8-12 pieces of multi-format content (blog, case studies, social, email) that land with both technical and business audiences
Execute 2+ paid or organic campaigns end-to-end, measuring performance and iterating based on data
Map competitive landscape and develop 3+ refined messaging angles for HIFI's core value props
Coordinate and support 2+ events or webinars that connect HIFI with target developer and business personas
Own content calendar and strategy for one channel (blog, social, or email), driving measurable engagement and pipeline contribution
Build repeatable campaign playbooks for paid/organic that reduce execution time by 30%
Develop and validate 2+ new positioning narratives tested across sales, product, and market feedback loops
Transition from structured program to full-time role with clear ownership of one GTM pillar

Is This Role For You?
- You're graduating or recently graduated (expected June 2026 or earlier) with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- You write clearly and can adapt your voice across blog posts, case studies, emails, and social—and you actually enjoy it
- You're genuinely curious about fintech, crypto, or developer tools and want to get smart fast
- You thrive in ambiguity, stay organized across multiple workstreams, and raise the bar every week
- You need stability over growth—3-month contract with contingent full-time offer isn't your speed
- You lack curiosity about financial infrastructure or developer-focused products
- You prefer to follow a playbook rather than build one; this role requires comfort with ambiguity and scrappiness
